You know that famous George Martin quote about how Tolkien ended the book before we could find out about King Estel's tax policy? Give me all that taxation lore - or, anything, really. I would absolutely adore to read about Aragorn coming to Gondor as a captain of Arnor, the differences between leading the Dunedain and sitting on a throne in Minas Tirith. Alternatively, please consider: Aragorn as Thorongil, coming to Gondor to join the guard of the white city under Ecthelion. Or, what if Aragorn is revealed as the heir of Isidur earlier?

Things I like about this pairing: sad kids having to grow up too soon, both really wanting to be loved and appreciated. Adam especially loves being appreciated: he would be crazy into the fact that Declan was into him. Declan comes across to me as nurturing by nature, reliable, good at being there for the people who counts; he’d do nice things for Adams just for the hell of it, Adam’s brain would probably break.
I’m greatly invested in future fic for these two: Adam going to a good school, getting a good job and becoming more at ease with who he is and where he came from, he and Declan meeting again. I’m also all about the aesthetic of it as, like, an Ambitious Power Couple With Issues, and just the image of them having sex in a glass elevator or on marble countertops in a loft somewhere – no explicit sex required, just the progression from hooking up at first, casually going for dinner every once in a while, steadily realizing they’re dating.
ALTERNATIVELY, please consider: sugar daddy AU, or any variation thereof - I don’t have the words to adequately convey how much I’m dying for this tropey-ass scenario but seriously, if you comfortable writing anything of the story I’d straight up sell my soul for it. Something exploring the politics in-universe would be great - what exactly is going on in Vere in the third book, and what's the situation of the kingdom when Laurent returns? I'd also love anything to do with character development: something dealing with all the layers of identity porn going on in the saga would be delightful, or something exploring the fact that Laurent's memory of Auguste is probably extremely idealized, and doesn't fully reflect the man Auguste actually was. I'd love something in a dreamy, whimsical tone, in keeping with the original canon. Something exploring the magic of the setting would be great; I love Fae mythology, and I'd appreciate if some traditional tropes were worked in - iron, promises, playing tricks, and so on. Jareth works wonderfully as a trickster. Also, feel free to go as dark as you'd like.
Some more specific ideas. Amnesia: When Sarah find herself back in the Labyrinth after a few years, she finds that Jareth doesn't remember her. Jareth is as much under the power of the Labyrinth's magic and its rules as the runners are - how does living up to Sarah's expectations affect Jareth? Also, does the magic of the Labyrinth affect Sarah in any way once she leaves? What about other past runners, did anyone ever succeed? What about other kingdoms adjacent to the Labyrinth?

If possible, I'd love King/General as a m/m pairing, though the requests aren't gender-specific and I'd also be satisfied with het.
Please consider my highly specific scenario: the young general is to me reminiscent of Julius Caesar, who at twenty years old was sent as an ambassador to the neighboring kingdom of Bithynia, began a relationship with the local king, and said king was so besotted he left his entire kingdom to Rome when he died. Following from that, I would love a story where the Young General is just so fabulous in bed, and tries to leverage that into getting diplomatic concessions and all sort of favours out of the Sensible King. The King goes along with it because the General smiles very prettily and is extremely flexible.
I would love any kind of Fantasy/faux-historical setting for this pairing, and a getting together fic would be just as wonderful as something showing the pairing in an established relationship that can be as loving or challenging as you'd like. I would be thrilled with any sort of worldbuilding - what is their society like, what about its culture and politics, how is their relationship regarded? I would also happily take a dark fic if you're so inclined: maybe the King and the General are from warring countries, one of which tries to conquer the other, or perhaps war breaks after they are already together. Maybe one of them initiated their relationship to manipulate the other. In this scenario, feel free to go as dark or as explicit as you like. I'm also a sucker for power dynamics.

Caleb's relationship with Dylan is really interesting to me as well. I'd love to see them getting to know each other (and their similarities/differences), Caleb living with Dylan's little family, etc.
I just need my well-developed Caleb who is screwed up and broken and trying to do the right thing even when he fails a lot of the time and tends to go about everything the wrong way.

Alexey and Lise are my jam. The only time a 20-year-old guy and his 14 year old girlfriend are shippable, haha. That being said - please keep that aspect PG; it is Alyosha after all.
I'd also love, either in addition to or in lieu of, backstory on Lizaveta. Her story in the book is so fascinating but we don't really get much about her. Would Smerdykov have went the way he did if she had lived (either just a while longer or up until the events of the book)?
