Hi! We can post a reminder when we run the matching algorithm, but we don't usually contact people while signups are in progress. A lot of people leave them locked deliberately while they're still working on them.

If you wind up assigned to someone who still has a locked letter and let us know, we'd usually give them a couple of days to unlock it and then send them a reminder.
