Completed works must be posted by the assignment due date (28 June). The work you turn in may be edited as much as you like between the due date and work reveals (19 July), but turning in an incomplete "placeholder" work that couldn't go live as-is and does not stand alone as a complete story/comic, or later editing your work so it does not fulfill the requirements, may be grounds for a permanent ban from the exchange.
Just to clarify, this means I can upload 5k by June 28th, as long as it's a story that can stand alone, but I am still allowed to substantially change stuff until July 19th? So in theory, by July, I could add 10 more chapters and make it a 30k fic, and that's fine?
