It looks as though you're using the Character nominations slot, but you're approving characters as "Character: Name" rather than just "Name" (Name is what you indicate in the instructions above.)
Could you please clarify what the intention is here? Is it to keep characters and groups in separate parts of the list? My understanding is that tagset moderators usually avoid putting a prefix on a tag that matches the slot it's actually in, because that means that that string can't then be accepted into, say, the relationship field for a different exchange that is using the relationship field and also needs to distinguish between relationships and single characters. Ie: if you accept "Character: Harry Potter" as a tag in the Character field, another exchange can't say "We're using the Relationships field, please preface all characters with "Character: " because the tag will then change to "Character: Harry Potter - character".
It's also a silent change from the 2020 and 2019 tag sets, where solo characters were accepted just with their names, no prefix.
