1.How about, SG1 runs into another alternate universe (a-la Point of View, etc etc.) which includes Sam/Jack-- feel free to describe all of SGC/SG1 in this timeline, just have Sam/Jack in there too because that's a hallmark at this point.
No post-S8 plot/characters, please! I choose to believe that is not canon.
All of SG1 is loved. Cassandra is a huge bonus, as is Janet! Jonas?
2. Wherein they get together during S7 or S8, even if only in an emotional disclosure way. This is when I find against the regs realistic.
