We continue to whittle away at our pinch hit list, and there are two new ones available! All three of these are due on Thursday, 29 June at 11:59 PM New York City time.

However, it's looking possible that we will have to delay the collection opening to make sure everyone who completed their assignment has a gift. If you could take one of these pinch hits but would need more time to finish the fic, please let us know how long you would need. That will help us decide whether and how to update our schedule.

Things I Enjoy
- Exploration of identity and memories
- Explorations of close and/or complicated emotional relationships between the character/s I requested.
- Adventures! I adore casefic, if you're able to write it.
- Flawed characters being poorly equipped to struggle against the world and do it anyway.
- "slice of life" stories that explore the world and the characters.
- Hurt/Comfort, especially when a character tries to struggle through and is surprised that other people are Not Okay With Any Of This
- Isolated characters being surprised by interpersonal connections
- Psychological horror, especially when it comes to people being controlled either subtly or overtly by an outside force.
- Down time where characters can deal with (or avoid thinking like the plague) all the terrible things that are happening to them.
- Characters who use flippancy or sarcasm to poorly hide how Not Okay everything is, only for this mask to crack.
- Things going terribly, terribly wrong.

Things I Don't Want
- Porn
- AUs (except for canon divergence)
- Pregnancy fics and omegaverse.
- Second-person fic (nothing personal! I just find it hard to parse).
- Retelling of canon scenes from a different perspective unless it is very different and part of a much larger story.
- Introspective character studies that take place solely inside a character's head with no interaction with another person. (Characters interacting with the entity they are sharing a body with are not part of this unless the other entity has no consciousness at all.)
