Hello! For adaptations like that, in general, please nominate as separate fandoms, as there can be significant differences, and a fan of one version may not be familiar with the other.

There are exceptions like some Anime & Manga fandoms where the two versions are extremely close in plot and characterization, and I'll usually defer to nominator preference in those cases.
