The 2021 round of Fandom5K is approaching!
Dates are almost the same this year as last. We haven't yet updated the AO3 collection with rules and FAQ for 2021, but we don't anticipate any major changes.
2021 schedule:
Nominations: 17-26 March
Signups: 27 March-10 April
Assignments out by: 13 April
Default deadline: 7 May
Mandatory check-in: 8-15 May
Stories due: 4 June
Stories revealed: 25 June
Authors revealed: 4 July
If you didn't check in for our previous rounds or defaulted after the no-fault deadlines one of those years, but you want to participate this year, you'll need to fulfill your original assignment before signups start on 27 March. Please drop us an email at fandom5kmod AT gmail when you do. If you're not sure whether this applies to you or have any concerns about your makeup assignment, please email us to ask.
