They begin in a quasi-father/son or sibling relationship and end trying on multiple occasions to kill each other, and one of them ultimately succeeds…sort of—aaahhh the angst is off the charts! I’m especially interested in what happens to the characters’ relationship post-PT/ROTS, and now that TLJ has made astral projection canonical, oh the possibilities! What if Obi-Wan and Vader had a reunion of sorts pre-ANH? Or what if one is visiting the other (semi-)regularly? I could easily imagine them still needing/desiring each other in spite of everything. How would Vader’s crippling injuries factor in? There’s also plenty of potential post-ANH with Obi-Wan as a force ghost haunting Vader: That could be a fabulous blend of angst and humor, anger and forgiveness…and love.
Palpatine/Vader
Palpatine seduced Anakin to the dark side—what if that seduction was a literal one as well? I’m especially interested in their relationship between Palpatine and Vader post-PT/ROTS, both so damaged yet (for the moment) triumphant: Vader served the Emperor faithfully for over twenty years. That’s longer than a lot of marriages…never mind partnerships between treacherous Sith Lords, and that does make a lot of sense if you accept the proposition that Vader actually loved Palpatine. Was he was manipulated unscrupulously into feeling that way, or did Palpatine reciprocate his affections on some level…and if so, how might he have shown it?

Does Ben want Anakin's old lightsaber so badly because it used to be Luke's—is there some special significance when he finally gets to wield it on Exegol in TROS? Otherwise, their history together is pretty much a blank slate in canon thus far, so go wild. Mission fics, master/apprentice training exercises, Ben developing an inappropriate—reciprocated or not?—fixation on Luke. We know from Claudia Gray’s Bloodline that Han and Leia never told Ben about Vader…but maybe Luke did and then swore him to secrecy. Maybe forbidden love betrayed is the ultimate reason Ben turns to the dark side, or maybe they were still seeing each other in secret after Ben turns, which of course would have eaten Luke up inside, even if he couldn’t help but love Ben.
Luke/Lor
In TFA, Lor San Tekka is shown protecting a map leading to Luke Skywalker…and then he’s shown dying at the hands of Luke’s angry (and jealous? X-D ) erstwhile nephew to protect it. He must’ve felt an incredibly strong devotion to Luke, right? What little backstory there is suggests that Lor San Tekka, old enough to remember the Old Republic, assisted and/or advised Luke in some way while he was rebuilding the new Jedi Order. The slash potential here is absolutely, positively gigantic!! And probably full of beauty, romance, discovery, wonder, and heartbreak. What was it like for Lor San Tekka to meet the last of the Jedi? As a non-Force-sensitive member of the Church of the Force, surely it was a bit like meeting a minor deity or perhaps a holy knight. Was it like sleeping with an angel as well? Or maybe his feelings were unrequited or only reciprocated to a certain degree—oh, the angst! Did he and Luke go on adventures together? Where was Lor San Tekka when Ben burned the Temple down? How did he end up on Jakku, and what was he feeling about his history with Luke by that point?
Leia/Rey/Luke/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren
I don’t quite know why I want this so much, okay, but oh my God I do. There’s just something about the intergenerational dynamic between Rey and her Master (Leia) and Kylo and his onetime Master (Luke), when combined with all of that high-emotion, “we really shouldn’t” quasi-eroticism of the Luke/Leia and Rey/Kylo relationships, that makes me think this foursome has tremendous post-TLJ and/or post-TROS plot potential. But of course plot is—as always when it comes to me—totally optional, so feel free just to take this as A Porn Request™ for an astral projection/dream/Force bond/ghost sex bonanza. Could be angsty/dubconny, super-sappy, humorous with lots of silly, aggro sniping/banter, or whatever other emotional tone you prefer. Or maybe it’s not happening in any real sense except as some elaborate nightmare-fantasy playing itself out in Kylo’s tormented, messed up mind…or possibly Rey’s (why not)?
Luke & Lor & Ben
I love the idea of Luke, Lor, and young, pre-dark side Ben going on archeological action-adventures to far flung parts of the galaxy, exploring ancient ruins and collecting Jedi artifacts. I love the potential for alien/cultural/planetary worldbuilding—what sorts of fascinating things might they learn? And I also love the potential for complex relationship dynamics—it stands to reason that Ben would not necessarily be thrilled about getting dragged along on the galactic road trips, and he might well be jealous of any friendship between Luke and Lor. Why does Luke place so much faith on a Force-blind old man? And Luke, well-meaning but oblivious to it all…

PT era Anakin accidentally time-travel-gates through space and time to ST era Luke’s Island of Sorrows? Alternatively, maybe they’ve met before (or before and after) the destruction of Luke’s training temple? Maybe they’ve met several times throughout Anakin’s childhood/adolescence/young adulthood? Who knows how the Force might bring them together! The sexual and romantic attraction, on the other hand, strikes me as something that would be 110% them. :-D There’s PT era Anakin, with his can-do attitude and obsession with people he shouldn’t want to want. And then there’s ST era Luke, celibate (according to Mark Hamill himself), aging, eccentric, and perhaps lonely, not to mention grieving and disillusioned post-Ben Solo...but still with tremendous capacity for love. So much potential for Feelings! Guilt! Should We/Shouldn't We Pining! On both sides! Also interesting to think about is who knows what about whom, and/or how they find out: Does Anakin know Luke is his son? Does Luke know Anakin is his father?
Ben Solo | Kylo Ren/Nash Windrider
After writing an older Nash into a ST era story recently, the possibilities of this pairing have begun to appeal to me. Suppose Nash eventually joined the First Order, and suppose he then encountered Kylo Ren. Nash had a crush on Leia that later soured into hatred after the destruction of Alderaan; it’s easy to imagine him taking a highly motivated interest in her son…presuming he knows who Kylo Ren is, which he may not! Moreover, Nash is a True Believer of the Empire from Leia’s generation who also happens to be Alderaanian; it’s also easy to imagine that Kylo (with his many, many issues) might become attracted to him! The large age difference makes this interesting as well. So much potential for angst about family and/or politics, not to mention the potential for dramatic irony and/or identity porn!
Obi-Wan/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren
Ooohhh, Ben Solo getting it on with his namesake—I already love it! X-D What does Obi-Wan think of Anakin’s powerful, petulant grandson, I wonder, and what does Ben think of Obi-Wan? There are so many canon-plausible possibilities with an Obi-Wan at any number of different ages and life stages! Perhaps Force Ghost Obi-Wan hangs out with his namesake during Ben’s younger days. Maybe he keeps right on hanging out with him (read: haunting him whether he’s awake or sleeping), trying his best to steer the recalcitrant boy in the right direction after he becomes Kylo Ren and providing (awkward) comfort when he's hurting. Or perhaps Ben/Kylo meets Obi-Wan via time travel to the PT or OT era. There’s great identity porn potential here too!
Palpatine & Villanelle
So I can’t be the only one who noticed the actress playing Rey’s mother in TROS, right? Or that the movie stayed completely mum on which of Rey’s parents was Palpatine’s offspring? Okay, well, guess what? Now I desperately want the evil Sith Lord masquerading as benevolent galactic dictator throwing down with the hilariously heinous personal/political liability that is his showboating psychopath daughter. Like, he doesn’t mind the extramural assassinations…as long as they don’t make him look bad, and she’s making him look bad! These two need to chew through some serious scenery together. I imagine them as loving but dysfunctional and keeping lots of secrets from each other. Please stick to either the Star Wars or the Killing Eve canon universes for this request; I DNW (request-specific DNW) extreme/total setting change AUs.

Lucas/Ibuki: This is my all-time OTP; I am not even kidding. Despite the fact that one character is an outright villain with an occasional comic-relief-y twist and the other is a tone-lightening "one of your friends" character, I adore that the two of them... ac-tually have really similar energies, seem to have a lot of tastes in common (pff, they both come off as basically giant Hot Topic kids), are both playful and restless, and the like; and especially considering they both seem to have issues actually getting along/gelling with others (especially Lucas, needless to say), there you have me being an instant sucker for the fact that I could actually see them being happy around and keeping up with each other.
Some ideas I have for them include something, say, in a more Dangan Ronpa-influenced setting or universe where a never-encountered-Eveline Lucas and Ibuki end up meeting through the former having some kind of rivalry with Miu; a more pre-7 Resident Evil kind of setup where Ibuki's passing through town on a tour or vacation only to end up hitting it off with Lucas and having him trying to get her to take him with her as a roadie; a canon blend where DR's Despair replaces RE's bioterrorism epidemic or vice versa (DR2 SPOILERS in these brackets, but making use of the fact that both Lucas and Ibuki have had stints as war criminals in that idea might be an angle); or any kind of whole-cloth AU!
Jake/Zoe: A crossover ship I really like the whole “vibe and aesthetic” of! A guy who was tired of the pressure he was under as a normal dude born into a prestigious, wealthy big-city family; ran away from it all to live independently and simply fending for himself in the wilderness; and wound up picked by bad luck to serve as a fox in an eternal human-on-human foxhunt… and a lady who lived happily for a while with her old-fashioned but quietly-living family in the sticks up until they were turned into monsters and she, likewise, was turned into a lone survivor in her own home. This is actually a case where a "sucked into another world" thing... wouldn't "count" for me, since it's a DBD world mechanic! I wouldn’t mind something that involves, say, Zoe getting drawn into the Entity’s realm as a Survivor at some point, though another thought I had was one of Zoe winding up going on to live a similar lifestyle to Jake after she escapes the estate, the two of them just “happening to meet” that way, or even Jake somehow escaping the Entity’s realm before that happens and the two trying to build a peaceful life that way.
Mettaton/Noodle: HA, THIS ONE IS A PAIRING MY BEST PAL AND I CAME UP WITH TOGETHER WHILE HE WAS ESPECIALLY INTO GORILLAZ WHILE I WAS JUGGLIN' UNDERTALE WITH MY OTHER FANDOMS - and I still feel the potential in it holdin' true! Two musical stars from very odd and quirky worlds - Noodle on the surface level arguably the weirdest of the bunch, but also very competent and taking her craft very seriously... while Mettaton is arguably similar-yet-different, as a consummate performer who's smarter and has more capacity to be mature and thoughtful than he lets on, while also having a more hedonistic and showbiz-y streak than Noodle does... in a way she'd still probably be used to getting to know and deal with in a personal cohort.

* Io: A sweet, mysterious girl with a giant halberd - yep, she's definitely my favorite character in this canon. There's a lot you can do with her; you could write something pre-canon, focusing on the years she spent searching for her missing Successor while evading the dangerous Lost. Or, what about her growing bond with the female protagonist (and I'm cool with Io developing romantic feelings for her) and relationships with the other companions? She seems to prefer to keep to herself, but she did ask Murasame for help in creating her weapon Dammerung. Then there's the true ending, as even though she seems to sacrifice herself for her Successor, the full ending implies she's still alive and able to travel with her companions beyond Vein, and you could show more of how she managed to create that miracle.

* Dee Ensy Stratmitos: The ghostly witch of the west - how did she became known as Whisper? How did she first realize she could compel others? Did she ever try to find her parents? How much guilt does she feel about nearly trapping her companions in Ostia forever? How do Ai and Alice try to reach out to her afterwards? What kind of relationship would she have with the adults Julie and Scar? As stated above, I ship Ai/Dee, and also Julie/Dee if you want some age difference, Julie/Dee. Either relationship may involve some kind of guilt and angst, but for different reasons, and it would be interesting to see how Dee would handle feelings of love by the end of canon.
* Julie Sakuma Dmitriyevich: Being the father-figure of the group, how does Julie care for the others? How does he feel about having a family again? He's the oldest of the group, so how does he see the world as compared to the others? For backstory, there's his life with his wife and daughter (and Julie was quite young when his daughter was born), or you could explore his grief after their deaths. I definitely ship him with Scar as they bond over Celica together, and also Julie/Dee as suggested above. He's already been married once, so would he worry about compared Scar to his deceased wife, or how would the age difference between him and Dee affect any such relationship?
For Julie/Scar and Julie/Dee in particular, smut is also fine with me.

I’m especially interested in what happens to the characters’ relationship post-PT/ROTS, and now that TLJ has made astral projection canonical, oh the possibilities! What if Obi-Wan and Vader had a reunion of sorts pre-ANH? Or what if one is visiting the other (semi-)regularly? I could easily imagine them still needing/desiring each other in spite of everything. How would Vader’s crippling injuries factor in? There’s also plenty of potential post-ANH with Obi-Wan as a force ghost haunting Vader: That could be a fabulous blend of angst and humor, anger and forgiveness…and love.
Palpatine/Vader
Palpatine seduced Anakin to the dark side—what if that seduction was a literal one as well? I’m especially interested in their relationship between Palpatine and Vader post-PT/ROTS, both so damaged yet (for the moment) triumphant: Vader served the Emperor faithfully for over twenty years. That’s longer than a lot of marriages…never mind partnerships between treacherous Sith Lords, and that does make a lot of sense if you accept the proposition that Vader actually loved Palpatine. Was he was manipulated unscrupulously into feeling that way, or did Palpatine reciprocate his affections on some level…and if so, how might he have shown it?

Luke considers killing his nephew in his sleep; Ben thinks he was going to do it. Did Luke make a habit of visiting Ben while he’s sleeping? Hmm… Does Kylo receive any ghostly visitations post-TLJ? Does Ben want Anakin's old lightsaber so badly because it used to be Luke's—is there some special significance when he finally gets to wield it on Exegol in TROS? Otherwise, their history together is pretty much a blank slate in canon thus far, so go wild. Mission fics, master/apprentice training exercises, Ben developing an inappropriate—reciprocated or not?—fixation on Luke. We know from Claudia Gray’s Bloodline that Han and Leia never told Ben about Vader…but maybe Luke did and then swore him to secrecy. Maybe forbidden love betrayed is the ultimate reason Ben turns to the dark side, or maybe they were still seeing each other in secret after Ben turns, which of course would have eaten Luke up inside, even if he couldn’t help but love Ben.
Luke/Lor
In TFA, Lor San Tekka is shown protecting a map leading to Luke Skywalker…and then he’s shown dying at the hands of Luke’s angry (and jealous? X-D ) erstwhile nephew to protect it. He must’ve felt an incredibly strong devotion to Luke, right? What little backstory there is suggests that Lor San Tekka, old enough to remember the Old Republic, assisted and/or advised Luke in some way while he was rebuilding the new Jedi Order. The slash potential here is absolutely, positively gigantic!! And probably full of beauty, romance, discovery, wonder, and heartbreak. What was it like for Lor San Tekka to meet the last of the Jedi? As a non-Force-sensitive member of the Church of the Force, surely it was a bit like meeting a minor deity or perhaps a holy knight. Was it like sleeping with an angel as well? I don’t quite know why I want this so much, okay, but oh my God I do. There’s just something about the intergenerational dynamic between Rey and her Master (Leia) and Kylo and his onetime Master (Luke), when combined with all of that high-emotion, “we really shouldn’t” quasi-eroticism of the Luke/Leia and Rey/Kylo relationships, that makes me think this foursome has tremendous post-TLJ and/or post-TROS plot potential. But of course plot is—as always when it comes to me—totally optional, so feel free just to take this as A Porn Request™ for an astral projection/dream/Force bond/ghost sex bonanza. Who knows how the Force might bring them together! Ben Solo | Kylo Ren/Nash Windrider
After writing an older Nash into a ST era story recently, the possibilities of this pairing have begun to appeal to me. Suppose Nash eventually joined the First Order, and suppose he then encountered Kylo Ren. Nash had a crush on Leia that later soured into hatred after the destruction of Alderaan; it’s easy to imagine him taking a highly motivated interest in her son…presuming he knows who Kylo Ren is, which he may not! Moreover, Nash is a True Believer of the Empire from Leia’s generation who also happens to be Alderaanian; it’s also easy to imagine that Kylo (with his many, many issues) might become attracted to him! The large age difference makes this interesting as well. So much potential for angst about family and/or politics, not to mention the potential for dramatic irony and/or identity porn!
Obi-Wan/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren
Ooohhh, Ben Solo getting it on with his namesake—I already love it! X-D What does Obi-Wan think of Anakin’s powerful, petulant grandson, I wonder, and what does Ben think of Obi-Wan? There are so many canon-plausible possibilities with an Obi-Wan at any number of different ages and life stages! Perhaps Force Ghost Obi-Wan hangs out with his namesake during Ben’s younger days. Maybe he keeps right on hanging out with him (read: haunting him whether he’s awake or sleeping), trying his best to steer the recalcitrant boy in the right direction after he becomes Kylo Ren and providing (awkward) comfort when he's hurting. Or perhaps Ben/Kylo meets Obi-Wan via time travel to the PT or OT era. There’s great identity porn potential here too!

Lucas/Ibuki: This is my all-time OTP; I am not even kidding. Despite the fact that one character is an outright villain with an occasional comic-relief-y twist and the other is a tone-lightening "one of your friends" character, I adore that the two of them... ac-tually have really similar energies, seem to have a lot of tastes in common (pff, they both come off as basically giant Hot Topic kids), are both playful and restless, and the like; and especially considering they both seem to have issues actually getting along/gelling with others (especially Lucas, needless to say), there you have me being an instant sucker for the fact that I could actually see them being happy around and keeping up with each other.
Some ideas I have for them include something, say, in a more Dangan Ronpa-influenced setting or universe where a never-encountered-Eveline Lucas and Ibuki end up meeting through the former having some kind of rivalry with Miu; a more pre-7 Resident Evil kind of setup where Ibuki's passing through town on a tour or vacation only to end up hitting it off with Lucas and having him trying to get her to take him with her as a roadie; a canon blend where DR's Despair replaces RE's bioterrorism epidemic or vice versa (DR2 SPOILERS in these brackets, but making use of the fact that both Lucas and Ibuki have had stints as war criminals in that idea might be an angle); or any kind of whole-cloth AU!
Jake/Zoe: A crossover ship I really like the whole “vibe and aesthetic” of! A guy who was tired of the pressure he was under as a normal dude born into a prestigious, wealthy big-city family; ran away from it all to live independently and simply fending for himself in the wilderness; and wound up picked by bad luck to serve as a fox in an eternal human-on-human foxhunt… and a lady who lived happily for a while with her old-fashioned but quietly-living family in the sticks up until they were turned into monsters and she, likewise, was turned into a lone survivor in her own home. This is actually a case where a "sucked into another world" thing... wouldn't "count" for me, since it's a DBD world mechanic! I wouldn’t mind something that involves, say, Zoe getting drawn into the Entity’s realm as a Survivor at some point, though another thought I had was one of Zoe winding up going on to live a similar lifestyle to Jake after she escapes the estate, the two of them just “happening to meet” that way, or even Jake somehow escaping the Entity’s realm before that happens and the two trying to build a peaceful life that way.
Mettaton/Noodle: HA, THIS ONE IS A PAIRING MY BEST PAL AND I CAME UP WITH TOGETHER WHILE HE WAS ESPECIALLY INTO GORILLAZ WHILE I WAS JUGGLIN' UNDERTALE WITH MY OTHER FANDOMS - and I still feel the potential in it holdin' true! Two musical stars from very odd and quirky worlds - Noodle on the surface level arguably the weirdest of the bunch, but also very competent and taking her craft very seriously... while Mettaton is arguably similar-yet-different, as a consummate performer who's smarter and has more capacity to be mature and thoughtful than he lets on, while also having a more hedonistic and showbiz-y streak than Noodle does... in a way she'd still probably be used to getting to know and deal with in a personal cohort.

Or, what about her growing bond with the female protagonist (and I'm cool with Io developing romantic feelings for her) and relationships with the other companions? She seems to prefer to keep to herself, but she did ask Murasame for help in creating her weapon Dammerung. Then there's the true ending, as even though she seems to sacrifice herself for her Successor, the full ending implies she's still alive and able to travel with her companions beyond Vein, and you could show more of how she managed to create that miracle.

How much guilt does she feel about nearly trapping her companions in Ostia forever? How do Ai and Alice try to reach out to her afterwards? What kind of relationship would she have with the adults Julie and Scar? As stated above, I ship Ai/Dee, and also Julie/Dee if you want some age difference, Julie/Dee. Either relationship may involve some kind of guilt and angst, but for different reasons, and it would be interesting to see how Dee would handle feelings of love by the end of canon.
* Julie Sakuma Dmitriyevich: Being the father-figure of the group, how does Julie care for the others? How does he feel about having a family again? He's the oldest of the group, so how does he see the world as compared to the others? For backstory, there's his life with his wife and daughter (and Julie was quite young when his daughter was born), or you could explore his grief after their deaths. I definitely ship him with Scar as they bond over Celica together, and also Julie/Dee as suggested above. He's already been married once, so would he worry about compared Scar to his deceased wife, or how would the age difference between him and Dee affect any such relationship?
For Julie/Scar and Julie/Dee in particular, smut is also fine with me.

As the decades pass, how do they feel about the fact that Arnice, as a demon, will outlive Lilysse? Do they note the parallels of their relationship with the tragic love story of Alstromeria and Moon Queen Malvasia?
* Aluche Anatoria/Liliana Selphin: More love stories between half-demons and human women! How does Aluche adjust to her new demon powers, especially as she might fear hurting Liliana or their friends? How does Liliana handle the pain of keeping secret the fact that she's using her powers to stall Malvasia's Eternal Night? Before the final battle with Malvasia, do Aluche and Liliana take the opportunity to come together as lovers? When they seal themselves away with Malvasia, is that something like an eternal dream?
