I can't speak for the other nominator (if there was one and this isn't an AO3 default tag thing), but I nominated one set of these and wasn't intending any subtle difference between Rorschach's alias and civilian name.

Thank you! My guess is it was two different nominators, and then us not recognizing that those were the same character. I've gone with the Walter Kovacs option in each, so all the characters involved are identified by their civilian names. I hope that works!
