Nominations Deadline & Questions

Nominations will close Friday, 22 Mar at 11:59 PM, EDT. What time is that for me?

We have some outstanding questions. If these are your nominations, please provide clarification and a link to your nomination form ASAP--we'll need to resolve these one way or another before we open signups on 23 March.

If you notice any errors, misspellings, duplicates, or confusing fandom/tag associations, please give us a heads-up on that, too!

1. Could the nominator of Robin Hood - All Media Types please clarify if you want the traditional stories or a particular adaptation, e.g. Disney's sexy fox? If we haven't heard from you by the time signups open, we will be updating these tags to Robin Hood (Traditional) to avoid confusion.
2. Group: Yelena Belova & Kate Bishop was nominated under MCU, but to our knowledge, Kate Bishop hasn't appeared in the MCU. Please nominate this under Crossover Fandom instead.
3. Could the nominator of Oxenfree (Video Game) please clarify whether their character tag The Drowned is different from the canonical character tag The Sunken?
4. Under Original Work, there is a stray character named Sarah Adams. If this is your nomination, can you let us know where Sarah belongs? If we haven't heard by the time signups open, we'll have to delete that tag--we have no idea which fandom it should go with.

Robin Hood Traditional is fine I guess. I like almost all versions of it which is why I didn't stick it in a specific box and went with all types instead.

Thank you for the flexibility! What we're trying to avoid is someone offering it thinking of one adaptation and someone requesting it thinking of another, and finding themselves mismatched.
