We have received nominations for Any Fandom I've Requested Before and Any Fandom I've Requested for F5K Before. Our concern with these fandoms is that including them in the regular tagset and allowing them for offers risks a situation where an author could match on someone whose fandoms they don’t know or aren’t willing to write.

As a result, we plan not to approve these fandoms before signups begin. However, after signups close, we are happy to add them to the tagset, and then we can add them to any participant’s requests if they contact us, to make them available as an extra option to their assigned author or treaters or to a possible pinch hitter.

Before we can approve the following tags, we have questions for the nominators. Please include a link to your nominations page with your reply so we can confirm these are your tags.

Howl's Moving Castle - All Media Types - we have approved other nominations for the book and the film separately. Can you specify which version you want?

Wiedźmin | The Witcher - All Media Types - we also have nominations for the TV series and video games. Could you please specify which version you’re interested in?

Wolf In Night - Tara K. Harper - AO3 suggests that the canonical tag for this fandom may be Wolfwalker Series - Tara K. Harper. Should we change it to this?

Brave (2012), Cinderella (Disney Animated Movies), and The Little Mermaid (Disney Animated Movies) - The relationships for these fandoms are all crossovers between different Disney movies. Please nominate them under Crossover Fandom.

Compilation of Final Fantasy VII - Cloud Strife (Compilation of Final Fantasy VII)/Terra Branford (Final Fantay VI) is a crossover between FFVII and FFVI. Please nominate it under Crossover Fandom.

American Girl Dolls - All Media Types - For the tag “Molly McIntire & Steve Rogers”, please confirm whether Steve Rogers is an American Girls character.

Addams Family - All Media Types - This is another “All Media Types” fandoms with widely divergent adaptations. Could the nominator please clarify which one they want? Further, Lydia Deetz is a character in Beetlejuice and Velma Dinkley is a character from Scooby Doo, please nominate the crossover relationships with Wednesday Addams into Crossover Fandom.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians & Related Fandoms - All Media Types - Another “All Media Types” fandoms with a lot of difference in the adaptation. Are you interested in the books or the films?

I am personally interested in the books, but as there are three series (Percy Jackson itself, the sequel Heroes of Olympus, and the sequel to that in Trials of Apollo) I feel like there might be a need for that '& Related Fandoms' part of the tag? Happy for you to knock All Media Types off the title if that's an option

I’m the Wolf in Night nominator. The book is indeed part of the Wolfwalker series, but it’s the start of a new cycle, focusing on the daughter of the main characters of the rest of the series. I nominate it as the book alone because it’s a very small fandom and it’s perfectly possible to write fic for this book without any knowledge of the rest of the series except for what is mentioned in the book. Since it’s such a tiny fandom and I might go to PH with it, I would prefer it to stay as the single book now, because one book is easier to try out than a whole series.
