Nominations are pouring in! We will make a decision on the MCU-related TV shows soon--please leave any final comments here if you have a preference.
In the meantime, please remember to check the formatting guidelines at that same post before you nominate. Let us know if anything looks incorrect in the tagset. If you need us to change something with the tags you nominated, please include a link to your personal nominations page.
We have some questions we're hoping you can help us resolve. Again, if these are your nominations, please include a link to your noms page:
Avatar: The Last Airbender, Group: Zuko/Ozao (ATLA) - Should this be Ozai?
Supernatural (TV 2005), Group: Sam Winchester & Creator's Choice of Villain - Are you specifically looking for a canonical villain? If so, may we add "Canonical" to the tag?
Crossover Fandom, Group: Nebula (MCU)/Nebula (MCU) - Is this a MCU nomination or a crossover between MCU Nebula and another version?
Naruto, Fandom should be "Dreaming of Sunshine - Silver Queen (Fanfic DFE)" but AO3 changed it - Please comment with a link to your nominations page. There are a lot of other nominations for Naruto, and we don't know which are yours and are supposed to be for DoS.
The Walking Dead & Related Fandoms, Group: Felix Carlucci/Will Campbell, Group: Rick Grimes/Daryl Dixon - We also have nominations for The Walking Dead (TV). Should these be combined? If not, can we separate this nomination into World Beyond and Walking Dead?
16th Century CE RPF, Historical RPF - The characters nominated in these two fandoms have no overlap, but we'd like to avoid having both century-specific and general historical RPF fandoms in the tagset, and the general historical one spans a few centuries. Are there any objections to combining these? We're looking at a pretty small number of tags (7 total).
Star Trek - Various Authors, Group: Alexander Rozhenko/Giancarlo Wu, Group: Elim Garak/Kelas Parmak - We already have Pawns and Symbols in the tagset. What's the best way to handle that as well as these novel-related nominations?
Transformers - All Media Types - Please nominate a specific media type.
Horizon: Zero Dawn (Video Game), Group: Aloy & Beta, Group: Aloy & Kotallo, Zo (Horizon: Zero Dawn) - Should these be nominated under Zero Dawn or Forbidden West?

Sorry about that! I didn't see that another novel had its own entry and went with the broader canon tag figuring it was akin to "Marvel (Comics)" in being a 'shared universe but not always 100% consistent across entries' kind of fandom. I see the logic of having it under title and author, however, for folks who want to know exactly where the characters show up.
My nominations are both for untitled subseries of Trek novels rather than single novels, so it's tricky to put one title and author down. If it's possible to split my nomination into two fandoms, maybe something like this would work:
A Time for War, A Time for Peace and Prequels - Keith DeCandido
Group: Alexander Rozhenko/Giancarlo Wu
A Stitch in Time and Sequels - Andrew Robinson and Una McCormack
Group: Elim Garak/Kelas Parmak
Alternatively, to flag that they're Trek novels, maybe something like:
ST:TNG Beta Canon - Keith DeCandido
Group: Alexander Rozhenko/Giancarlo Wu
ST:DS9 Beta Canon - Andrew Robinson and Una McCormack
Group: Elim Garak/Kelas Parmak
(Beta Canon being the Star Trek term for the stories in officially licensed books and comics.)
If they can't be split because it would put me over my limit for fandoms, I'd be okay dropping the first one and just going with the Robinson and McCormack novels and Elim Garak/Kelas Parmak.

(Pawns and Symbols is much older and definitely not in that continuity; it should definitely remain separate from the other Trek book noms.)
